Reputable, trustworthy and friendly, local plumbing & heating professionals. I can’t recommend Jed, Mel and the team highly enough, they have such a long standing family history in the industry. Staff are all fully trained and qualified to the latest industry standards.

Conscientious, clean, tidy and respectful. All work carried out is to the highest possible standards, at all times. Very knowledgeable and go to great lengths to explain in detail, giving honest practical advice; putting health and safety above everything. Whether it’s planned appointments, short notice call outs…nothing is ever too much trouble, always going the extra mile and putting the customer 1st…all the time!

I cant recommend this firm highly enough. They are honestly the BEST plumbers about town. All Jeds men are brilliant. We have had a new boiler fitted by them.. a new bathroom. And Jed has even had to deal with a rook that had fallen down our chimney.. their service is second to none.. they always get back to you within an hour of you phoning them. Nothing is to much trouble.

The friendliest and funniest (as in haha humour) from the best bunch of lads.. Jed Mason you and your lads are great.. thank you for all your hard work and keeping everyone safe when needed.

I would highly recommend Jed Mason. Plumbing emergency at my property on Saturday afternoon, I had never used Jed before, but Jed immediately offered to visit my property and within 2 hours of the leak being reported Jed had professionally repaired the problem.

Couldn’t rate Jed and his lads highly enough, in my precious role as a property manager for a local agent you really need contractors you can trust!! Ask Jed to sort a job and you can forget about it as he will have it in hand!!! And today he fixed my own shower so he is now double recommended.

Jed and his team did an amazing job of fitting our new shower as it wasn’t that powerful, he also changed our tap in the kitchen as it was leaking both done with care, great service would highly recommend, Thank you.
